Tap Tap, the color sequence game
Colored tiles light up one after the other. In Follow mode, you tap them as they appear, faster and faster. In Memorize mode, you watch the whole sequence, then replay it from memory. At the first mistake, the game ends.
Available on the App Store (iPhone, iPad) and on Google Play (Android).

The idea in one example
Every game starts on a 2 × 2 grid (4 tiles). Here is the grid from a game replayed by the app's engine, with its tiles numbered as in the app:
In Follow mode, the computer lights up a first tile 1.5 s after the start, then another one every 2 s at the beginning. Here, the first 4 colors are: turquoise, red, pink, pink.
- turquoise, cell 2
- red, cell 3
- pink, cell 4
- pink, cell 4
Tapped right away, they earn 2, 5, 7, 10 points: each tap is worth more than the previous one, because it counts the colors already shown. After these 4 taps, the score is 24. At 2,000 points, the grid changes to 2 × 3 (6 tiles), and so on up to 4 × 4 (16 tiles).
